registered ram

Ill be going opteron within a weak or so, and am currently looking for some decent registered ram. Anyone have any recommendations on any good types?

    Corsair has ECC Reg Dual Channel lines in a few speeds, try ZipZoomFly for pricing, they and Newegg are having a polite-to-customers price war right now. IF you want EXTREME RAM, try Kingston extreme series, but you will see why I say Corsair on ZipZoomFly.

    http://www.zipzoomfly.com/ then shop around for that same stick, you will have trouble finding it at same pricing. they are bulk-buying Corsair RAM, MASSIVELY.

    Does the speed of the ram really make a difference on opteron systems, because i was originally looking at getting pc3200
