omegasearch-JaneLynch

Hi

Sorry to bring up what is obviously a common request but so far your help has been invaluable in terms of getting to grips with this nasty thing!!

Unfortunately for me I managed to remember to load my Norton Security onto my new computer before plugging the cable in but forgot about transfering Spybot until it was too late.

Anyhow below is my 'Hijack' log. I have deleted all the obvious ones at the top but am very suspicious of for example 'Tkbell'.......so any pointers you can provide would be gratefully received. I'm not sure where the nasty came from but other members of the family have been looking at music sites etc.......

Another question:- do I have to do all of the 'users' of my machine separately. I set up separate log ins to give members of the family their own spaces or is one clean up enough.

Once again thanks for the help and idiot proof advice so far......

JaneLynch

    Welcome to Short-Media :)

Not if you do your HJT in Safe Mode, it should remove it for all users.
