Soundstorm Problems

I have an Abit NF7-s and Logitech Z-680's. I recently reformatted and flashed bios d22 and set up raid. After I reinstalled everything I've come to notice that surround sound doesn't seem to work when I enable 6 speakers for either music or dvd's. When I push test tone on the nforce control panel it goes through each speaker properly. Audio drivers are 6.14.0366.0(3.66)
I'm guessing its some kind of driver conflict but I dunno what to change.

    Crapweasel.

Soundstorm always gave me those quirky things too. Sometimes if I looked at the PC the wrong way it would just stop working.

Pull out the drivers then try reinstalling the drivers again. It was always a question of which way I "digitally nudged" the PC...or whacked it.

No luck with reinstalling the drivers MM. Any chance I may be having problems because I have an ati pci card? The thing is, I had the same setup before and everything worked fine. Then I flashed bios d22 in order to set up raid. After I did that, I had to install drivers for the Ati card which I didn't have to do before.

Well I think that narrows down your problem. Before the flashed bios...everything worked...after...nope.

The latest NF7-S BIOS is Version :24

This BIOS version is for NF7 & NF7-S Revision: 1.0~1.21 only! You are at 22 so you may want to try to flash to 24 if you have a REV 1.0 or 1.21 board.

I have a 2.0 board. One thing I came across last night however, is that sound does come out of all speakers if I'm watching like a video or mp3 using windows media player. It doesn't work with musicmatch jukebox or powerdvd II.
