There's a file on my computer that I want to delete but it always say it's in use by another program and I can't delete it. Is there any way to force it to be deleted?

What's the filename and location? Kind of impossible to answer your question without knowing what you're trying to delete.

Sorry, it's just a failed download of a movie, it's in My Documents folder...

    I've had that occasionely...

What normally works for me is to boot into safe mode and delete it from there. If that fails..

Boot into safe mode with command line.. and CD to the directory where the file is and del file.blah

    :)
