32Bit Socket 754's
If you'll remember a while back in "Tossing Hammers" I had reported on rumoured numbers for later quarters showing a distinct drop in desktop hammer production for both socket 754 and socket 939.
I wonder if this, if true, might in fact have anything to do with it. It's a Digitimes article outlining possible plans to bring 32bit 754's to the market. I think it's kind of exciting, an XP with a slightly longer pipeline and on-board memory controllers.
