Half-Life 2 - Late Summer?

It would appear the forums on Halflife2.Net have some details translated from an article on Half-Life 2 from German print PC Games magazine. The post offers hidden-text descriptions of the screenshots in the article, and word from Valve's Gabe Newell that they are planning to release the game in late summer, along with apologies for the September 30 fiasco, attributing the delay to bad scheduling, rather than the source code theft.
Source: Half-Life2.net...gordon's biggest enemy isn't the G-man, it's another scientist who's called "Dr. Breen". Gabe pointed out in a interview, that he isn't one of the typical bad bad bosses, more like someone who has his own ideas in dealing with a alien invasion...

Yep, and don't forget Far Cry and S.T.A.L.K.E.R if it gets out this year.
HL2, Duke Nukem Forever, it's the same thing.
They might as well skip HL2 and call it HL3, they are doing the whole thing all over again.
Are you sure it is late summer this year?

I do however regard the original Half-Life as the single greatest game I have ever played. If Half-Life 2 is going to be even half as good (if you pardon the pun), I am willing to be patient.
But yeah.
I loved that game They need to bring Descent back as well.
