Movies into Bipmap?

I want to create an Image Sequence of BMP's, or High Res JPG's. Anyone know of a program that does this?

    You mean BITmaps :)

    Adobe After Effects will render into any standard image sequence.

    Yeah, but for some strange reason AFX will immediatly crash after importing the file format I am trying to use.
