No credit for WU ?

I had a big tinker (239 pts. ) In que this morning when I got up. and the machine was almost done with the next work unit. I checked the log and it said that it had tried to connect to server .143 several times through the night with no success. It did however get another WU to work on. when it finished that one , both were sent and it got a new one. I checked stats a couple of times today and the 239 points has never shown up. I know it was not late. It only took the 2500 mobile 27 hours to do it. If it was only 30-40 points I really would not care , but ...239 points...I care.
Is there anything I can do.
here is a screenie of my detailed stats. There should have been an entry this morning for like 280 points. ???

First, EOC2 updates every three hours if server is not hyper-busy. I have had points show up 3-8 hours late on EOC versus Folding, due to little things like my box turning in a WU 3-10 minutes after EOC picked up, so their 9:12 pickup got Folding's 9:00 summary, my WU turned in 9:03 by EOIC2's time equivalent, and a feed-to-stats-server glitch at folding then happened because stats server was hyper-busy resulted in the points showing up at EOC after the 3:12 PM update run.

If not there in 24 hours, worry, if there in 2 min be absolutely amazed, and allow at least three hours lag some days. do you know how many currently registered folding IDs there now are??? The stats server is tracking 326,969 registered fiolding IDs right now, and the teams they are in.

BTW, to see if folding has it, go here:

    http://vspx27.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=userpage&username=Scott%5M

Is your right total now Total score 48293???

If so, the stats server got the WU points credit at PDt time: 2004-05-05 11:18:10

EOC2 was at CDT time of 13:18:10 (1:18+ PM) right then, so it will show up about 3:30-3:45 PM EOC2's stats time when the EOC2 server gets done processing its 15:12 data pickup. ECO2 is later time zone than folding's server, by two hours and some oddball minutes which tells me one is slightly off by minutes.

See if the thing gets shown on Folding's server, EOC2 is an independent stats server. And keep on a :smokin: , OK????

The GOOD news is this guy is almost at 50K accumulated points, Prof.....

    Hi John
I had checked Stanford and it does not show there either. And both Stanford and EXOC have reported wu's turned in since this morning. And at this moment agree on score. Although by my count is short 239 points
And just in case you wanted to check user name is Scott_M
    http://vspx27.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=userpage&username=Scott%5FM

Thanks , I will keep an eye on it to see if it shows up.

I was editing as you posted, as far as user name-- and the editor lost the underline in conversion, fixed with UTF8 direct insert in URL... Give it up to 24 hours, repost if missing still, after which I will start looking at point things and pass on things like this....

Query: did your boxes turn in a 23 pointer WU in that time frame???

Here is the tail end of the log file for that machine. The work unit just finishing is a p910 @ 35 pts. #5 in que. You can see that it sent that to server .144 and then sends unit in que #4 to server .143 #4 was a P639L939 for 239 pts.
I will check the logs on the other machines.

Hmm it looks like it was sent. Might want to contact someone on Pande group about that one. Looks like you should have gotten it. Keep all the log files.

well it looks like I got hosed for 239 points. They never showed up. It would have been nice to receive the credit for the work done. I guess the important thing is that Stanford got the completed WU. I don't think it is worth the effort to whine about it. ( Am I whinning ? ) I will just write it off as a good cause.
