Apple Sells 3.3 Million Songs on ITunes

Apple today said it has sold 3.3 million songs on its iTunes online music store since the platform's relaunch one week ago, with nearly as many downloads of the new version of its music player software.

The 3.3 million downloads, Schoeben said, compare to a prior peak of 2.7 million downloads in a week.
