I need some help please...

Thank you for coming in here to help... Recently i've had alot of pop ups(about porn), my computer freezes and its very slow i've scanned with many programs but dont know what to do. i think it may have something to do with cursors an 11 year old downloaded to my computer... i have been on here for about 2 days and so far i see everyone seeking help is posting HJT logs so heres mine:

    make sure to delete the referenced files. Theres a couple in your log that are suspicious that im not sure about, ill do a little research and let you know if i find out.

    were'nt on the log but i deleted the others so far the internet is working much faster than it was yesterday and the pop ups have'nt come so thank you. something i didnt post yesterday was mcafee kept alerting me that i had th following:

    html/debeski trojan

    vbs/psyme trojan

    js/iestart.gen.d

    js/downloader-fu trojan

    i figured i probably need to post that too.
