SM LAN Official Agenda?

Concidering that not everyone of the attendees will be able to be at the LAN the entire 72 hrs straight... I am looking for someone to work out a loose agenda.

I see it something like this..

Friday:
8:00 AM - Check in and setup (Loose gaming there after)
10:00 AM - Offical start to the SM LAN with some nice words from the LAN staff and Co-Owner.
- Words regarding rules, expectaions, sugestions regarding bathrooms, smoking, good resturants,...
- Introduction of members?
- A few Door Prizes
10:30 AM - LAN offically starts
3:00 PM - UT2004 Mini tourny....
7:00 PM - Blah, Blah
11:00 PM - Story time, milk and cookies
3:00 AM - Local visit from Parametics to check for vital signs.
6:00 AM - Piss break

Sat:
8:00 AM - Morning News and some more Door Prizes

Sun:
8:00 AM - Last bit before closing ceremonies
10:00 AM - Tourny of Champs....
2:00 PM - Last bits before pack'n it up...

Blah, Blah, blah...

Why am I asking? I will be sleeping at a hotel (at night), naps in the afternoon, and I want to make sure I don't want to miss any events or major things. If I know that were going to be playing (as a LAN organized event) Call of Duty from 3:00 until 6:00, I can take a meal break and maybe catch a quick nap and be back for the Story time or UT2004 time....

I figure that a Agenda for Friday is a good start and maybe Saturday's agenda can be posted on Friday after we get an idea how things are going.

    I'm really looking for the following:

    What time can I arrive on Friday Morning? What major NON-LAN events are planned (Big Dinner break, Party at Prime's...). What time are things planning on wrapping up on Sunday?

    We've got a somewhat official itinerary that we are working out. the following is preliminary and may change:


    Thursday 05/13

    5:00 PM - Setup & testing

    Friday 05/14

    9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Welcome, check in, seating, open gaming

    12:00 PM - 6:00 PM - open gaming

    6:00 PM - Crave Case Delivery

    6:30 PM - COMPLETE LETHARGY AS NO ONE CAN FUNCTION

    6:45 PM on - open gaming

    Saturday 05/15

    10:00 AM - ORIGINAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES

    1:00 PM - Recover from the debacle that was breakfast

    1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Open Gaming

    3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - UT2K4 TOURNAMENT

    5:00 PM -

    Sunday 05/16

    11:00 AM - End of gaming, start of cleanup

    12:00 PM - Awards Ceremony and door prize giveaway

    1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - we gotta get out of here

    2:00 PM - we get kicked out hard core style

    Team Nexlia (That's Ghoosdum, CBDroege, CrazyJoe, SharkyDart, and Zanthian). Wont be arriving until 10p on Friday at the earliest, so we apreiciate that the Unreal Tourney will be on Saturday, and we recommend that anything else that is fun, also be postponed until we can participate. :)

    Nope; Zanthian isn't coming. He's just so integral to Team Nexlia that CB forgot to leave him off of this list.

    We may be getting there a little earlier than CB stated above, since he rearranged his Friday work schedule.

    Thrax, do you want to meet with us Friday morning for breakfast? I think it is goin to be me, ego, QCH, and I think prime might go as well. Sine you are skipping school ( *tisk *tisk, hehe ) you are welcome to come.

    How far do you live from Deebee's? We can drop off at Deebee's, and you can ride with me and ego, that way we will not have all the clothes, monitors in the car.

    I live about 10 miles from Warren in total, I couldn't find the specific address yet, suffice it to say, close.

    I'll be there around 9:30 AM, since my mom has decided to give my lame ass a ride. ;D

    I guess we can wait, hehe By the agenda Prime posted that should be around check-in time, so we can drop our stuff off then get something to eat.

    mmonnin and I are prolly gonna leave as soon as we can Friday morning. I have a 10:00-11:00 am class I need to attend, and I think I am going to skip my 11:00-1:00 pm class, so hopefully we will get a good start. With any luck we should be there in time for a good chunk the first Friday open gaming session. If the internet ever comes back up at home (I'm at school now) I plan on practicing my Battlefield 1942 skillz. I can't wait to play! This is gonna be so awesome!

    Oh and is the "Crave Case" the White Castle burgers? If so I wanna make sure I am there for that! I gotta try those things out.

    i have been watching what i ate since Jan2004, and lost around 65lbs...

    i have this odd feeling that im gonna gain it all back this weekend lolol
