    AVID would be a good DV editor for Windows, but it would do a lot more than what you need it to for this project, but if you ever plan on doing more editing, you might as well invest in AVID now.

    If you don't need something that sophisticated, then I'm afraid I can't help any further, because I do any of my DV editing on Mac.
