    What makes it even worse is that it's a retail case not someone modding project gone wrong.

    So where's the optical drive access? Presumably that whole front section hinges open.

    That is what caught my eye. I almost thought of phoning up my dad, who does a fantastic job of building RC aircraft...sometimes even from scratch, and wanted him to craft a balsawood cowling. It's similar to making an engine cowling for an RC plane...it coud screw on to the front bezel. I'd just rip off my current Chenming bezel and cut it down to size to accommodate the new cowling bezel design.

    MM does ramjet.
