Bandwidth Sharing
There was a similar question asked here only my situation is flip-flopped.
I'm running quite a bit of "bandwidth-intensive" applications. Problem being, when one of my parents tries to get on their computer, there is no bandwidth for them. I'm already running NetLimiter and can use it to cap my usage. My question, is there a way I can figure out when someone starts running applications on the other computer (other than being yelled at.)
