This is annoying.
Well I just got this Logitech Mouse MX700 from BestBuy a few months ago, and for the past few months it has been a bitch to recharge. When I put it in the dock it won't recharge, what I have been having to do is lick, get the contacts wet somehow, licking is easiest way of course :P
Well now the green light is blinking, but yet it won't hold it's charge, I loved this mouse, but I must say, if this is a common flaw.....
UGH.
That's all.

She has another annoying problem though. Can't get the back button to work as well as the one closest to you on the top. Went to logitech for updates which she already had on the puter. Went through all the drama's of re-installing with update and still wont work.
The mouse that comes up on the screen has insufficient buttons.
Now i have finished rebuilding one of the puters with a better cooling case, might go and check it out further.
The batteries you are using, are they the ones that came with the mouse? Wonder if they are playing up. Tried different batteries? Just a thought.

Have not tried it on one of the other puters. Too tired, lol. I'm sure it's the software. I just checked my mouse properties and it is what sally should have. Mine is the MX500.
Last night i copied my software to sally's puter through the network and it stated it was already on her puter. Might get rid of all her mouse/keyboard updates and re-install properly. She has the keyboard/mouse combo. It worked ok when we first got it, so some gremlins got into it. :bawling:
As long as the puters keep folding i have put her mouse as a low priority,as mine works ok, lol.
