aol and my cpu shootin thru the roof! please help me..

I have aol, and i can't do anything on my computer. Everything freezes up, forever. On my taskbar manager my processes for AOL is 98-100% all the time! :mean: What is causing this? AOL says it's comcast, and comcast says its AOL.
Should i just get rid of both? Any suggestions?

    Well, I'd say its AOL, dump that crap ASAP. Also, go download a spyware checker Adaware (www.lavasoft.de), or spybot search and destroy, and run that. Run a virus check while your at it too. Its probably spyware causing the problem, but there is really no reason to have AOL anyways.

    why do you have AOL if u already have Comcast??
