Need file sharing help...

Ok here is the situation. I have a win200 box and a winxp pro box. I want to move a directory from the win2k box to the winxp box. I am logged on as Admin on the win2k box but I cannot move files to my winxp box because it says "access denied, make sure the disk is not full or write-protected.." The folder is set to be shared with everyone full control. I get this error when I try to move any folder to the xp box.

If I try to move the folder through the xp box I cant because I can't log into the 2kbox. When I try to log into the 2kbox through xp I get the error that says "you might not have permissions to use this network resource" but I do have permission.

File and print sharing is enabled, I can view all computers on the network, it seems like the 2kbox is locked up somehow from doing anything. I am in safe mode now and still no luck.

Someone help before I rip my hair out.

EDIT: I removed the password from my xp box and now I can move files from the 2000 box to the xp box. This is driving me crazy, guess I need to take a break.
