French Site X86 Secrets has posted a review of the Socket 939 3800+ CPU

Gleaned from The Inquirer

It seems a week early... go check it out before it gets pulled

Take special note of the A64 3500+ (S939 2.2ghz 512K L2) vs the A64 3400+ (S754 2.2ghz 1MB L2) benchmarks

Looked at the article with Google Translate and it looks like their 3800+ is a .13 micron process chip and not the new .09 chips. Look at the cpu-z screenshots.

    Opteron 250, Athlon 64 FX-53, Athlon 64 3800+ (S939) & Athlon 64 3700+ (S754) are all 2.4ghz and 130nm CPUs. The 90nm CPU don't sample until Sep/Oct. Which in AMD speak means Jan 2005

Also All of the 2.4ghz Athlon 64/Opteron review samples seem capable of hitting 2.6ghz, so AMD may have another speed bump available in the .13u process
