OK, I see one line I missed the first time, remove the following line:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A5366673-E8CA-11D3-9CD9-0090271D075B} - (no file)

Also, I do not know what these 2 lines do here; maybe someone more experienced can tell you if they can go too. I just don't know if they are needed on your system for some reason. I haven't seen any lines like that in my HJT logs though.

    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
    O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

Other than those, it looks clean to me. Now, you need to help yourself from getting reinfected again by installing SpywareBlaster 3.1 and I would also suggest that you also install Ad-Aware 6 from that same download page. I run both Spybot and Ad Aware on my machines and scan my systems with both because each will miss some of the crap out there but I find that running both is pretty effective.

Now that you are getting the machine sorted out, why not drop in on some of our other forums and get acquainted. Also, if you want to help out Stanford University by helping them on a serious distributed computing project, we cordially invite you to come run the Folding@Home Project with our folding team. :)
