Variations in memory timing nomenclature

Greets...

I've just put together a new machine... and am trying to get the most out of my memory. The motherboard is a DFI Lanparty Ultra 2.. allowing just about every memory setting possible to be altered. Problem is.. the nomenclature on the settings doesn't seem to match what I'm reading in a lot posts/docs/blogs.

I'll post a pic of the BIOS screen l8r, maybe you guys can make more sense of it than me.

I looked up the Voltage settings on the AMD, and they list it as 1.65 plus up to .5v. The memory is lifetime warranted at 2.8v.

I know the memory can be timed faster, but every time I tried to change settings I got beep codes and a BIOS reload for my trouble (even with normal clock settings).
