Flash: Mandrakelinux 10.0 Official ISO images are available!

ISO images of Mandrakelinux 10.0 Official are now publicly available
on a number of FTP mirrors!
http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3

What is on the mirrors is Mandrake 10 Official in the Discovery version, three ISOs. Fastest US mirror for me was secsup.org, which is a very high capacity mirror network or cluster set-- about 40 minutes per ISO to download on high-speed broadband, it was not too busy. GET the md5sum file, end extension .md5, this is was NOT on secsup org when I downloaded, got ti from the sunet mirror in Sweden and things checked out fine. These ISOs need to be burned pretty slow, try 16X-20X or less, especially ISO 2. Suggest you md5sum check after download and use 700 MB capacity CD blanks\media (not overburning on 650 MB capacity CDs, data alone is about 695 MB per CD and ISO 2 just BARELY fits on my Verbatim 700 MB blanks\media) and also verify your burn if you have another linux with K3B running as it can checksum versus archive used and result on CD. Do a mode 1 burn in Nero if you use that.

Downloads do not come with nVidia proprietary drivers, you need to get them from nVidia. PowerPack you can buy, DOES.
