Amd 64- 3400 Cpu Help Plz?

im gonna get an

Asus K8VSE Deluxe Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3400
ATI Radeon 9800XT

what i want to know will my

x2 512mb Kingston (KVR400X64C3A) PC3200 ram work with this CPU?
or will i need to get a AMD 64 3200 CPU?

    Socket 754 chips use single channel DDR400,333 & 266. It should work just fine.

    Your getting the same pc i have right now. Except for the ram. :)
