My laptop came with a copy of XP Pro but I'm an Action Pack Subscriber, so the first thing I did was wipe it and reinstall my copy. Can I sell the license that came with my laptop? If so, what do I have to do to keep it legal?

    Nope... The sticker and the license is part of the laptop. Welcome to Microsoft Licensing HELL. Where I work, we have to buy our systems with an OS then turn around and wipe the machine and install Microsoft Corporate version that is on a 3 yr contract. So we pay for the OS twice BUT we get free upgrades... to what??? Longhorn may not be out by the time our contract expires and even if it did, we wouldn't move to it until after it was tested.... I really Hate MS licensing!!!!
