Computer keeps rebooting

My cousins computer seems to keep rebooting for no reason when the tower is bumbed. It seemed when I touched a wire from the power supply in the case it just shut off the computer yet the cpu fan did not stop spinning. If anyone has any ideas what could be wrong I would appreciate it.

Make sure its not getting shortet out someplace. If you have to rebuild the PC to make sure nothing is touching and there are no loose screws anywhere.

The wire that you touched, was it plugged into anything? Also you might want to try a new PSU if you have another around, the first thing I would check would be a new PSU.
