dunno whats happening?

hi all!
im having pb with my pc.
i just formated my hdd but i already have a few ms blast type virusses and some other worms without connecting to internet once...
and now and then i have this message telling me my computer needs to restart.
i dunno how to get rid of this
plz help me thx

    you may need to load your av onto a floopy or cd write protected and scan the hdd. be sure to have all of the updated av scripts. Then I'd re-format and re-install your OS and install all of the critical updates.

    Do you have antivirus software? If so, disconnect your computer from the internet while you run a full scan in SAFE MODE. If you are using a high-speed internet connection, you MUST use some type of firewall, either a hardware firewall, or download the free version of ZoneAlarm: http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp

    Those will stop anything that is trying to remotely shut down your computer.


    What exactly is the message that tells you to restartt? It could be a hardware problem, not a virus. Please type *exactly* what it says so we can analyze it for you.
