Are you able to run Norton antivirus or AVG? If so, do they find any virii or report any problems?

The 04's with junkily random names probably will end up vanishing before you are done also.

Let's start with these, and it would be good if you then reran HJT and posted another HJT log after deleting these, so we can see what is left.

Um, HJT will kill them itself, check the boxes next to the entries I told you to delete. In fact, it can kill in safe mode while you are off the web, and it runs BETTER if you do that. In safe mode it will not be on the web, period.

If you got out of HJT, take the infected box and put it into safe mode (F5 before you see the windows startup screen) and then run HJT. If you have an admin ID on the box then login to that as safe mdoe comes up, run HJT as admin in safe mode if this is a Windows 2000 or XP box, and if is ME or 98 do not worry about the admin ID part.

Now, I would tell HJT to make a backup before doing what follows:

    Delete these:

    O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BCF96FB4-5F1B-497B-AECC-910304A55011} - C:\WINDOWS\neti.dll

    And This:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3DEC356D-23C4-0588-8AD0-8C183B712FBD} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\udsijcuf.dll

    And This:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [bxxs5] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\bxxs5.dll,DllRun

    And this:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [websx] C:\Program Files\websx\int339890.exe -auto

    And this:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fcxodahrbxs] C:\WINDOWS\System32\qpdjrl.exe

Read this, memorize, write down or print..... HJT will let you restore things you tell it to back up. You can delete them, restart, and if something major then breaks, restart back into safe mode, and restore what you deleted. Let's see what is left after you try that, and tell us here if you had to restore anything too, OK???
