Pics of new computer

edited June 2004 in Hardware
Here are some pics of the new computer I just built. Just finished putting some black wire loom on some of the cables, but I still have alot of clean up work to do inside the case. Here's the specs:

Motherboard: ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe
Processor: AMD Athlon 2500+ @ 2.0 ghz
Hard Drive: 160 gig Maxtor
Video card: some old radeon I had layin around
Case: Antec SLK3700AMB w/ 350 watt power supply. (One of the best looking cases I've seen)
RAM: 2x256 mb PC3200 (buffalo technology if I remember correctly, was only $90.00 for 2 sticks awhile ago)
Fans: 2 120mm fans in the front and rear of the case

Nice lookin' rig  Lol, that 120mm just dwarfs that (60mm?) cpu fan! ;D

Thanks! Yeah, that fan on the processor is the one that came with the stock heatsink. I have 4 80mm fans on my other computer but, I really like the 120mm, they move alot more air and are quieter. :)

you might want to remove that fan grille behind the 120mm fan. It's most likely making the fan louder, and less efficient. You could replace it with a stainless fan grille if you don't wanna lop off any fingers.

Nice Rig. :) Looks like you've been running it for a bit. I see dust.

Looks good, now some compressed air will get rid of those damn bunnies, they alway seem to sneak up on ya.

Looks like a Radeon 256 in there..... Maybe (a big maybe here) a 7200/7500, but sure looks like a Radeon 256. 32 MB? :)

Either way, nice looking system! Have fun with it! :)
