Which memory

right, I have an Athlon 64 3200+ sitting in a KT8 NEO FISR2 board, and my current memory (kingmax) is due for an upgrade...... I'm currently looking at either the Corsair XMS 3200 LL DDR or the Corsair XMS 4000 PRO DDR. Now obviously the 4000 PRO stuff is designed for running at up to 250MHz, but it uses very loose timings at that speed (3-4-4-8) and I can't find any reviews which run the stuff at the speed I'll be running at (220MHz is the absolute maximum I can reach without my system becoming unstable, 210MHz is more likely) and give timings at that speed. The 3200 Low latency stuff gets timings of 2-2-2-6 at 200MHz but since it's designed for that speed I'm not sure how much I'll have to loosen the timings to get up to 210 - 220Mhz.... since both types are exactly the same price I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers?

Get the 3200LL or if you can find it 3500LL which still has the tighter cas 2 (although the rest of the numbers are sloppier, 2-3-3-5 I think) it's designed to run at 217 so it's not going to end up giving you any errors at the speeds you want to run at.
PC4000 is just overkill for a non-Intel system so I'd suggest foregoing it. PC3200 is a good choice but you do stand the risk of getting errors if you push it too hard although that's not terribly likely at 210-220 it can happen.
Enjoy your new ram whatever you choose and good luck.
