Faced with a new set of lawsuits, prominent DVD and game copying software company 321 Studios may be nearing the end of its short and tumultuous life, Chief Executive Robert Moore said Wednesday.
The company, which used to number nearly 400 employees, has laid off all but about 20 people now. Although he hasn't made the decision, the latest lawsuit may well trigger a final shutdown, Moore said.

I helped a friend of mine register his site and he missed the deadline to re-register by one day the next year. It took that long for this company to hijack the site and to use it. They refuse to give it up and will not respond to emails. Yes, it was my friends fault for not protecting his site but these people are pirates who aren't worth the sweat off of anyone's feet. So long and good riddance to 321 studios.
