Need a bit more info - stepping, dates etc.

    I have a TBred B 2100+ that's been running 11X200 or better for over a year now...

I have one that I used to overclock in a single proc board before I modded it into an MP2600 but it was an older, unlocked processor. I seem to remember it's ceiling was somewhere around 2300 MHz at 1.85v.

I had an XP2100+ Tbred-b that ran stable at 2.3GHz (11.5x200) aircooled. Most of the 2100+ chips I OC'd though I simply set to 166FSB and let them go at XP2700+ speed.

What thermal paste were you using? You may not have had complete contact or something on it, or the paste may have seperated out in the tube if you let it sit for a long while... Try with a new(ish) tube of AS5 or Ceramique.

Well, that's an unlocked chip made in week 8 of 2003, so you can back the multiplier down and raise the fsb speed up so that you get better memory bandwidth, depending on your mobo of course. As far as the ultimate oc out of the chip, that's just a crapshoot. I do remember that my 2100 was an AUIHB stepping though.

Ya, my chip was an AIUHB chip as well - has a seriously low batch number (11) too.

I'd think the JIUHB would OC pretty well too, since all the great OC'ing 1700+ chips were JIUHBs too.
