Outlook 2003 questions...
Okay..
I never really used it and I'm in a situation where questions are being asked to me to which I don't have answers.
Small company.
3 email addys.
Very little room for additional boxes.
You can set up as many aliases as you want.
THOSE are the constants.
Now for the questions...
How would/could you configure Outlook so that outgoing mail comes from one of the aliases?
It's kind of cheesy to have an .aol or .yahoo email for business purposes.
Also, these email accounts are mighty small and largish information is sent back and forth. Leaving the messages on the server for retrieval from other locations isn't practical... so any suggestions on how to fix THAT?
Forgive my n00bishness.
Fold on.
