Following up from the Inquirer's report I posted last week I noticed the Inquirer early Monday had posted another relating news brief. It seems Microsoft is sticking with its favourite trend of 2004 by indicating the first and widely desired service pack for Windows 2003 may stay on the back burner till next year.
Source: TheInquirerValentine stated that SP1 work 2003 server would not be available until the begining of 2005.
The reason, according to Shawn, was that Vole wanted all of the added things in XP SP2 to also be in the 2003 SP1. Like the firewall, IE enhancements and such.
