customizing cell phones

so i just got this nokia 3595 and i want to put the super mario bros. song on it as a ringtone. i've found two software packages to mess around with the phone but i'm not gonna pay around $30 just to add pictures and music to a cell phone. do you know other alternatives besides mobimb and oxygen. i looked on nokia's site for their pc suite but it doesn't seem like they ahave a version for the 3595. anyone?
