Pop up that dissconnects me from internet!

Heya all,.... Just wondering if anyone could help me out with this pop up. I would be very greatfull!

I have this porn pop that dissconnects me from the internet and trys to dial up this hotline!! I dont have any ideas how it got on my pc thats what im worried about! ... have done a HJT log ive used spybot, adware, CW, Stinger ... the lot! Ive uninstalled it aswell (like 30times already) and its really starting to annoy me now. I dont really want to format because i forgot to partion the hdd D'OH :banghead: But heres my HJT log for people to read:

Also just before i click post ... I keep getting program error ... spoolsv.exe. Its in system32 folder so i really dont know why its saying its not there : :scratch: Thnx too the people who take the time to look at this log.

    OK.

    Boot into safe mode, and follow these steps.

    1) Disable system restore. This will stop windows from "helping" by restoring some things we got rid of.
    2) make sure that the following processes are not running:
    1.exe
    s_menu.exe
    3) remove these entries with hijackthis
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [StartMenu] C:\WINNT\s_menu.exe /i
    O16 - DPF: {11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111123} - file://c:\Recycled\1.exe
    4) reboot into normal mode
    5) If the problem is gone, re-enable system restore, and create a new restore point
    6) If not, post a new log please.
