Radeon 9800 XT Problem (I think)

Hello, a little new to the forum here, well, I am having a bit of trouble with my Radeon 9800XT, I can't play just about any games without it giving my trouble, I need help. Below is an attached picture of just what happens, I have no idea why it is happening, which is why I am here :D. I hope im not the first to have this problem...

    Looks like your video card's memory is overheating and/or is overclocked. Stick a full sized fan next to your case and see if it still does it.

    If it is, we'll look at memory speed next. Fan is easier to explain. ;D

    Well, someone told me it could be heat or clockspeed so I got ATI tool and tried to fix it, I been doing a lot, I gotta go get me a full sized fan! Lol, thank god I didn't even have to leave my basement to get it :D

    It's definitely video card related.

    Like I said, heat or clockspeed. :) We'll deal with heat first.
