It's a DSO exploit that is built into microsoft windows. You can't get rid of it. It's the "what is related" web link. I think you have to change some registry entries to get rid of it, but it's really not a big deal.
i traced this back it is spyware from spybot itsself i looked up the dsoexploit in find files then looked at it's properties and it was spybot folder where it was
To stop Spybot from picking it up each time you run it, expand the DSO Exploit entry, place a tick in the box to the left of its sub-menu, right-click on it, and select "Exclude this dedection from future searches" or similar wording.

Umm, no it is not. It is not spyware, it is a bug in Spybot misreading some settings on your system.
