What's the real world difference between BH-5 and BH6?

I'm just curious as to what kind of differnce you'd see in performance between the BH-5 and BH-6 Winbond chips of the same speed...

You won't see any performance difference.

The difference between the two is in their overclocking capacity, to this day the former are some of the best chips ever made. The BH-6 can catch the BH5, however it needs more voltage to do so.

If he's not big into OC-ing, BH-6 will do great at its rated speed.

He's looking for cas2 PC3500 and he's found some in BH-6, he's got a stick of BH-5 PC3500 but another stick would run him $279.
