AIM adware/virus - OutofStep80

I messed up and got the whole bestfriends virus thing. I read the steps to remove it but am kinda confused, or maybe im doing something wrong. Heres my logfile, can someone tell me what I need to do.

    Welcome to Short Media,

    First things first.

    Please move HJT to its own folder (and off the desktop). HJT makes a backup when removing items, and the backups are easily located when HJT is in its own folder.

    Next, it looks like you are running WeatherBug. WeatherBug is generally classified as adware. These "free" downloads often come with other executable files that may be spyware. Dexter has this to say about "How did I get HiJacked?"
    The second option is much more likely: you may have installed some free utility or software on your computer recently. Well, not everything free is really free. If you succumbed to the temptation to "add smilies to your Outlook E-mail" or were concerned that "Your computer's date and time appeared to be incorrect" or you really, really, really wanted a "Weatherbug" on your computer, chances are that the "free" software you recently installed contained the hijack software which has done the damage. Who really ever reads the fine print in the End User License Agreement, right? By clicking next-next-next, you inadvertently installed the hijacker on your box. You have now learned what I call Heinlein's Axiom: TANSTAAFL. There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. That "free" software was just a hook, and you bit it, swallowed the bait, and are now pumping money into the hijacker's tackle box.

    I would recommend you remove WeatherBug using the add/remove option in the control panel.

    Next, run AdAware and Spybot S&D. You can get the downloads here => http://www.short-media.com/download.php?dc=69 Make sure you update both before running. (Also, is your Norton anti-virus up-to-date? If not, run a free virus scan here => http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan or here => http://housecall.trendmicro.com)

    You have (or had) the Lixy-A Trojan. Maybe one of the above steps removed it. If not, reboot in the safe mode and run HJT again. "Fix" these entries:

    Reboot normal. Run Adaware and Spybot again. Run HJT again and post a new log. Hopefully, your problems will be solved.
