DirectX 9.0C download and instructions @ IANAG

For those of us who don't look at shorty's review roundups (thanks for those shorty!), Direct X 9.0c has been ripped from one of the latest SP2 builds, for those who do not want to install the new service pack. (Now why wouldn't you do that? ;D ) You can find the download and installation instuctions at I Am Not A Geek! :thumbsup:

It worked for me, but I haven't gotten around to testing anything yet. One thing I should say, is that not all the required files are linked to in the article. You can find the hotfix and registry files by clicking "Talk About It" in the lower right corner.

    Any ideas to what it actually changes or does? (Bugfixes or anything?)

    I only know that it will supoort Pixel Shader 3.0 use in nVidia next generation of graphics card 6800 (core NV40).
