as some of you may remember, i was having trouble with high temps on my IS7 w/ p4 2.8c & slk-900u. it turns out, having checked abits websites, that they perform a calculation on the measured temps while it is read to give the REAL cpu temp such that it would read 135 when the cpu reached its 135 degree shutoff point (or maybe its 127??). anyway, that means that my 57 degree load and 42 degree idle (in windows, not bios) is NORMAL. at first i thought these were obscene, but i checked a post on the abit forums where people posted temps and i like to be in the norm of people w/ my same setup. who knew? now i dont feel so bad about my OC :p

    Nothing´s wrong.

At default and on 1.525V, your cpu puts out a theoretical 85.25 Watts. If you overclock it with let say 1.6V and on 3.5Gigs, the watt output would be a theoretical 117.3 so those temps aren´t strange at all actually.
