Thank you so much

-Ozy...

PS: I think it'd be faster to just e-mail me, I rarely check ANY of the forums that i belong to... desiozymandias@gmail.com

That Microsoft Gina V Encryption thing is bogus. You'll have to delete that EXE to get the problem taken care of.

For the computer to be able to "see" the file, you must tell Windows to "Show hidden files and folders" in Windows Explorer.

    To do this:

Hit the Start button, and select "Run".

Type "explorer" in the box, and hit Ok.

In the window that appears, select the Tools drop down menu, and then select "Folder Options".

Select the "View" tab, and check the box labeled "Show hidden files and folders".

Select Ok, and then close all the windows.

Now try to delete the file.

It is under the normal [Run] section, and I have done your instructions a total of three times, and i found out that msginav.exe will change to a different extention (by adding stuff after the file name like -xxxxx.pf or such (that's what mine was like, it was a .pf) So if anyone is having trouble finding it, search for msginav and that's it....

Please see if you can help me :)

    Thanks,

That's because you have to delete the file from safe mode BEFORE trying to remove it.

When you're in Safe mode, what exactly do you see right after you give the "del MSGINAV.EXE" command?
