omegasearch - again!

I really have a bad conscience because I bother you again.
Visiting www.suprnova.org, I have just picked up the omegasearch virus - again...
Could anybody tell me which files to delete, or, even better, tell me how I can help myself next time (I've read the short-media instructions on that).
I do appreciate your time and help!

Oh, I forgot: I did run the spybot search & destroy 1.3 several times. now, everytime I run it, it finds new spyware. I delete it, I run it again, it finds more spyware....
