Please Help Me Remove DIRECTWEBSEARCH

I can't seem to get rid of weba.directwebsearch.net from my internet homepage. I have followed the steps you guys posted and downloaded ad-aware and spy-bot, updated then ran them both but they couldn't get rid of it. I have also tried CWShredder to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

on a side note........
I don't know if this makes a difference or not but there are multiple accounts on my comp. I can access all of them but I don't know if I need to perform the steps in all user accounts or not. I ran ad-aware and spybot in all accounts already but I don't know if when I log out of one account and log into another it doesn't just re-propagate this little bastard back to the account I just cleaned.
