Reboot, re-run AdAware, Spybot, and then post a new HJT log.

As for how we tell what is spyware - it just comes with experience. When you look at dozens of HJT logs a week, you get to know what is legit and what is not.

With folder open, make sure you have this done:

Go to View menu, folder options, then get into the options list. Make sure "Show Hidden and System files" or "show all files" is selected(varies as to which is shown as option by Windows version). These things can be installed as both hidden and system parameters active\set\selected, IE: normal user will not see under normal (default install) circumstances. Hidden or system things will show up as faded icon (looks partially transparent) in that view, and if you have none of those showing your view settings or user privs for folder are not letting you see them.

Now, please note this: If you set this for one folder and do not choose to "make all folders the same" you get to do this for each folder you have not set it for-- if you set all folders the same, be VERY careful what hidden things you delete, ok??? MANY of them are actually good things and need to be where they are.....
