Advice on Wireless Network

I FINALLY got a wireless network running though my house. I installed a Belkin 802.11G wireless PCI card in 2 computers, and a 802.11B card in a notebook which moves throughout the house. My problem is that my router (a Lynksys BEFW11S4 i think, which is 802.11B) isn't reaching the 2 computers in the back very well (there are approxamently 2 walls inbetween, router is 65 feet from computers in a straight line).

I constantly get a reporting of "low" signal strength, and I can't connect to the internet except for on the rare cases in which I have a "good" quality signal, and even then it's very, very slow- this being while I'm using our DSL line by myself. I connected a 3rd computer to the router with an ethernet cable, and it works fine consistently, even when the problems arise on the wireless computers.

Anyway, I want to know what's the best way to go about fixing this. Will getting a G router help? Or maybe getting an Access Point? Also, Will any of the settings on the Advanced Wireless section help out (I forget what's there at the time)?

Any advice would be apreciated.

Retail wireless is low power! The propoganda says 100 meters on all of this stuff but, they literally mean line of sight.

Try different channels to see if there is one that is magic.

Also try moving the devices a foot or two one way or the other. You may shooting thru a wall stud or some wiring.
