LSASS.exe is almost certainly blaster or one of its variants.

When it tells you it's going to shut down, ctrl + alt + del, go to task manager, click the applications tab, and then tell it to start a new task

type: "shutdown -a" without quotes to abort shutdown, and start doing some virus sweeps.
