Inverter box things for Cold Cathode lights

I have a case with really long MB mounting brass studs and was curious if the inverter boxs would cause interferance or jack with the motherboard if I stuck them under the MB since the studs to mount the MB were long enough and it would look so much cleaner if they were all hidden like that.

Invertor probably will gen a small mag\RF\EFI field, Tex-- probably need to dump significant heat\thermal energy also. Unless you can isolate it from rest of system, would put away from motherboard and elsewhere in case.

You could power up just lights and invertor, use a tracer (inductive field detector) and see what kind of field it is generating, using the signal amp in tracer to give you rough strength, but I would not want invertor within 4-5 inches of motherboard if it can be avoided, and would say 6" or more away if it gives off significant noise to an audible-output inductive field amplifier.
