How do I find this information?

The below image shows my phpBB config file, how do I know what is what and what to put in?

I am hosted by Sarcnet BTW, I know I could ask him, but I see it that if I don't have to bug them, I shouldn't ;)

    You should have been given that information by the guys when you signed up :)

    If not.. just drop them an email and they fix you up with it.. that's the only way to find out :)
