Help with log file

I just updated and ran Adaware and Spybot 1.3. I ran Hijack this but there are some things that I don't recognize. I tried that link in Shwaips thread about deciphering log file entries but I couldn't connect to it. I can see that most of this is legit, but would like to know if there is anything suspicious here that I am not recognizing as such. Thanks in advance to anyone who looks at this.

Here's my log file:

I'm good now. Just upgraded to Spybot 1.3 and ran everything. With 3 rigs going I've had a few spyware issues of late though. I thought my log was looking good, but not being familiar with some of the more cryptic entries I was hoping for some input. Thanks. For some reason my attempts to connect to the tutorial you link to, are refused.
