Backdoor.trojan????

Can anyone help me with this? None of my spware picks it up and it keeps telling me that access is denied to the file that me norton is trying to fix. Here is my logfile though I dont know if it will help or not it is coming up as a virus.

    If norton is not letting you remove a file, try rebooting in safemode and then running the scan from there. The files will not be in use and you will be able to remove them.

    I rebooted in safe mode and ran norton, spybot, & spysweeper and they found nothing. The file that Norton says is corrupt is in C:\WINDOWS\System32|d3dhh.dll but I cant find that file in safe mode manually, and when I find it in normal mode it wont let me access it and it is unable to repair this file. Got any suggestions?
